At FM Early Learning & Childcare Society, we believe strong communities are built through collaboration. As a non-profit organization, the support we receive from local businesses and professionals truly makes a difference — and often goes above and beyond.

Our community partners help in a variety of ways, including monetary contributions, donated labour, in-kind materials, and professional services. Their generosity strengthens our programs, improves our spaces, and supports the people behind the work.

Fort Macleod Glass has supported our society through generous in-kind contributions, including the donation of four windows for building improvements and Hunter Douglas blinds and furnishings for our sleep/rest program room and main floor program spaces. Their support helps create a more comfortable, functional, and welcoming environment for children, educators, and families.

The Fort Macleod Rotary Club has generously donated the entire outdoor natural play space for the Kinder Roots program. This in-kind contribution has made it possible to thoughtfully design and build a rich, nature-based outdoor environment that supports children’s play, exploration, and connection to the outdoors. Their generosity directly enhances daily programming and creates a welcoming, engaging space for children, educators, and families to gather, learn, and grow together.

HR Advantage supports Kinder Roots through professional services that strengthen our operations, including compliance support, sourcing and recruiting team members, and marketing guidance. Their partnership helps our non-profit go above and beyond in building strong systems and a strong team.

Avail CPA provides professional mentorship to support our nonprofit’s long-term success, including guidance on governance setup and coordinating our Board of Directors. Their expertise helps us build a solid foundation rooted in accountability, clarity, and sustainability.

Fort Macleod FCSS is supporting our programming materials, helping to ensure Kinder Roots is equipped with the resources needed to deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate early learning experiences. Their support strengthens our ability to provide engaging, safe, and inclusive programming for children and educators.

The Fort Macleod Lions generously donated the programming for our Baby Sleep & Rest space, equipping the Kinder Roots program with a safe, calm, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and young children. This dedicated space supports both children and educators by ensuring rest, regulation, and care are built into the daily rhythm of the program.

We are grateful to Kustra Insurance & Investments Inc. (Co-operators) for their generous financial contribution in support of Kinder Roots. This funding assists with the purchase of essential program materials, allowing us to respond thoughtfully to the needs of children and educators.
