At our Kinder Roots Program, we believe that strong early learning programs are built by supported, empowered educators. We proudly support Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) at every stage of their educational journey and actively encourage ongoing professional growth—from Level 1 through Level 3 and into leadership and supervisory roles.

We offer casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities, including call-in and pick-up availability, to meet both program needs and educator flexibility. We welcome applicants who are interested in building and growing their ECE careers with us.
